Over 10 projects in two years, none finished later than agreed. You get the fixed price in writing before we start, and the domain and accounts are registered in your name.
Marketplaceclient work
A home-services marketplace for Ukraine. The customer's money sits in escrow until the work is accepted, with chat, reviews and fraud protection around it. Already running across Ukraine; the full launch is coming soon.
Portfolio & galleryclient work
A multilingual gallery site for a mural artist in Poland. She adds new work and prices herself, straight from her phone, without a developer.
Artist site & galleryclient work
A five-language site for a painter in Warsaw. The paintings are grouped into cycles, there is a page on authenticity, and buyers write to the artist directly, with no gallery in between.
Multilingual siteclient work
A four-language site for a sworn interpreter in Braunschweig. Every button opens her WhatsApp, so enquiries land straight on her phone, with no form to fill in.
First we work out what you need, then I name the timeline: a website in 3–6 weeks, a one-page site from a week.
The fixed price comes in writing before we start, together with the number of feedback rounds. No hourly billing.
Domain, hosting, code and accounts are registered to you. You're not tied to any developer, including me.
I'm taking on one more project this quarter.
