People come to a goldsmith with something in mind: a ring made to their own idea, the wedding rings, an heirloom they want to wear again, or a broken chain. So the top of the website sorts it that way: commissions, remodelling, repairs and wedding rings, each with a sentence on how it works.
Repairs and services show starting prices, from resizing a ring to an engraving. What cannot be priced in advance, such as a piece made to the customer's own design, is marked as quoted on request. An appointment for a consultation is requested through a short form or on WhatsApp, without a call; the phone number is still one tap away.
Instead of stock photos, your own pictures show work from the bench and the workshop itself. Opening hours and the address are easy to find, and the pictures load on a phone in the size it needs.
