People buy flowers for an occasion, and often at short notice: a birthday tomorrow, a wedding in the summer, a funeral on Friday. So the website shows at the top what there is and roughly what it costs: bouquets in a few sizes, each with a photo and a starting price. The prices are final prices including VAT, as customers pay them in the shop.
Birthdays, weddings and funerals each have a section of their own, from the bridal bouquet and table decorations to the wreath and arrangement for a farewell, in a quiet tone. Orders come in without a call, through a short form or on WhatsApp: who it is for, when, and what size. Anyone who prefers to call taps the number once.
Opening hours and the address are right at the top, with whether the shop is still open today and a link to the route. The photos arrive in the size the phone needs, so the page opens quickly on the way, too.
