Global Connection

Challenge
A sworn interpreter and certified translator in Braunschweig needed a professional presence covering interpreting at public offices and appointments, plus certified document translation — for clients who mostly don't speak German yet, and who overwhelmingly reach out on WhatsApp rather than filling out a contact form and waiting.
What was built
A site in four languages describing the two service lines clearly — interpreting appointments and certified translation — with every enquiry path leading straight into a WhatsApp chat instead of an email form nobody checks on a phone. No language switcher guesswork: a visitor lands in the language their browser already speaks.
Technical decisions
Next.js with next-intl handling the four-language routing. The site deliberately has no self-serve booking system or payment flow — for this business, a fast WhatsApp reply from a real person converts far better than a form, so the whole build optimises for getting a visitor into that conversation in the fewest taps.
